The 18th annual LAND INVESTMENT EXPO rocked Des Moines. —The Editors
Shortly after New Year’s Day, word got out that this year’s Land Expo had already sold out. The remaining tickets were online only. Such an outcome was no surprise given this year’s exceptional lineup of speakers and specialists. Cut to the front of the line for the 19th edition of the Land Investment Expo on January 13, 2026, at peoplescompany.com.
Frigid temperatures in Polk County belied the warm welcome inside the Stine Barn that greeted the many guests from across Iowa and the rest of the country on the night before the Expo.
A broad swath of opinions, observations, and insights were presented by an eclectic group of thought leaders at the daylong event, which returned to the main auditorium of the Iowa Events Center in downtown Des Moines.
