As LandVest evolved to meet the needs of its client base, the firm became a leader in the luxury residential marketplace. It joined the Christie’s International Real Estate global luxury network as an exclusive affiliate in 1995.

LandVest consultants provide valuation, subdivision, and conservation planning, as well as planning for the acquisition and disposition of complex real estate assets. For properties that combine timberland with recreational amenities, LandVest’s foresters and timberland brokers partner with their luxury brokers to provide sound advice and exceptional results.
