No. 1 &#8211; Bellevue, WA &#8211; made a lot of sense 20 years ago when Microsoft was getting going next door in Redmond. A decade later, so did No. 2 &#8211; Georgetown, TX &#8211; when Dell was relocating its headquarters from Austin. The high tech trifecta runs full circle with No. 66: San Jose. <!--more-->Do these guys not know that broadband is now available in Middleburg, VA? Or that there are thousands of college grads looking for jobs in Boulder, CO? Or that the quality of life in Walla Walla, WA, is bringing new businesses to Eastern Washington?<!--more--></p>
