No. 34 Shannon Kizer
Kizer turned down a basketball scholarship and instead bought himself a John Deere 8820 combine. At 20, he bought his first ranch – some 3,000 acres outside of Lingo, New Mexico – and has never looked back. He owns properties in Colorado, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Texas, and Arizona, where he operates dairies and grows peanuts, corn, wheat, and hay.
