Gap cofounders Donald and Doris Fisher own Mendocino Redwood Company and Pacific Lumber, now known as Humboldt
Redwood. In 2017, the Fishers funded the Redwood Valley and Santa Rosa Community Recovery Fund to benefit those displaced by the Nuns, the Tubbs, and the Redwood Valley Fires. In addition to matching donations, the Fishers cover all related administrative costs.
