250,000 acres
The Reynolds Cattle Company dates back to the era immediately following the end of the Civil War. In 1895, the company acquired 380,000 acres in the Davis Mountains. In the 1920s, the 64,000-acre Rita Blanca Division of the XIT Ranch was added to their tally. Today, the family’s ranches spread across Far West Texas and into New Mexico, Arizona, Montana, and North Dakota.
