Sold! Wyoming’s Cozy Canyon Ranch

Considered a “treasure in the Sierra Madre,” the Cozy Canyon Ranch near Saratoga, Wyoming has sold after 18 months on the market. According to broker Hunter Harrigan of Harrigan Land Company, Cozy Canyon is a ranch that that once you’re on it, you don’t want to leave.

The 640-acre mountain hideaway is a paradise for mule deer, black beer, plentiful elk and trophy trout. Running year round, the South Spring and Chippewa Creeks feed the lifeblood on the ranch and support populations of wild brook and brown trout up to 12 inches. Its varied habitat makes Cozy Canyon Ranch a favored refuge for mule deer, elk and black bear and provides for amazing hunting possibilities.
