  1. Eric – I’m a little late in viewing this video, but absolutely loved the message you delivered. Specific to recreational property, the opportunity for legacy doesn’t have a price tag. Even beyond American legacy, people look at their families to leave a legacy rich in heritage. With land it meets that need better than any trust or gift they could leave behind. You are right about land being an unequaled investment from any other asset standpoint.

    Also, sporting amenities is something that delivers high value. Elk hunting, wing shooting, fly-fishing and more are things that this land has offered for hundreds of years. It comes with the ranch land. How can you place a value on that and thinking of all the time of the next hundred years that will be spent with family members and friends out taking part in the sporting amenities of land.

    Just a great video. Would love to see more like this!
