I would kill to have taxes as low as Michigans.  Try a 3br. 1.5 bath ranch on of an acre  taxes $19,821 a year.  Toss in every other concievable tax the state can add just for the hell of it.  BTW that is for a $450,000 house Welcome to NJ Bend over here it comes again.</description>

		<description>I live in Mich,to me it has some of the worse highest taxes. I&#039;ve seen or heard and you wonder why; the state is in the shape. It is in with people saleing what they have and takeing a lost on the rest.I just went on line to see home to buy,there is a home in the ann arbor mi area for over $2000000 the taxes on the property is over $19000 a year.And it&#039;s bank owned do you wonder??We have homes here under that and the taxes are run $4000to $8000 ayear Why are there so many bank owned home in MICH,and Gov still is up the taxes.Gov is not out to help the people who put them, where they are.I got mine you better find yours.</description>
