My family was/ and still has a generation growing up in beautiful Jackson Hole Wyoming. My brother was lucky enough to help with rescue efforts with Harrison Ford, and also worked for Teton County search and rescue for many years, taught classes for the Red Cross, and volunteered as an ambulance driver. He received his certification as a full fledged paramedic while working for Teton County. My uncle was an electrical contractor, and wired Harrison Ford’s ranch in Jackson. The valley and the mountains are in my soul. The beauty is breathtaking.

The permitting process in Teton County is a bear even if you have great intentions, but this is a tendency in any famous area.

I was lucky to watch Harrison Ford film a movie out on Long Island; my apartment was right next to the set. I admire his unaffected demeanor, as well as his hobbies. A log ranch house on serious acreage would be my lifestyle if I made my living as a film star! I’ve enjoyed watching the ‘This Old House’ series since I was younger, as well as Harrison Ford films. What’s not to love about a log home with beautiful private vistas far away from the maddening hustle & bustle of big cites?
